Delete your Tiki account

You can delete your account at any time. You don't need an account to use Tiki, so if you never created one, there is nothing to delete from our servers.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Tiki and go to Profile.
2. Under Account, tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

If you can't open the app

Email tiki@tikisapps.com from the email address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my Tiki account". We'll confirm the request is from you and delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

• Deleted straight away: your account, email address, username, synced workouts, routines, food diary and body data, heart-rate and calorie summaries, chat messages, shared workouts and group memberships.
• Kept for a limited time: reports and moderation records about chat are kept for 12 months after the last decision (a report keeps a copy of the reported message), then deleted automatically. Our database provider's backups are overwritten within [X] days.
• On your phone: data stored only on your device stays there until you delete it or the app. Backup files you exported are yours to keep or delete.
• Purchases: Apple and Google keep their own purchase records. Deleting your account doesn't cancel or refund anything.
